SWAT Events

We are happy to have the high school swimmers back with us a Taylorsville and are looking forward to a busy end to the short course season. Swimmers have had a lot of fun this past season and have made a lot of progress too.  Thanks for a wonderful short course season.  We would like to thank Doug Tonge for making the fun bus available for a second year in a row.  Thank you also to all those parents who help carpool to get our swimmers where they need to go!

Upcoming Events:

  • It is time to get ready for swim camp. If you are going to be in ninth grade or higher you can go to swim camp. It will be in Lincoln Nebraska, the Husker Swim Camp.  This camp is run by Pablo Morales, an Olympic medalist and record holder in the 100 fly!  It will be an awesome experience for all!! We will be attending Session 2, June 12 - 17.  The cost will be $480.00 IF we have 10 swimmers attend.  Let Andee know if you are interested ASAP so that arrangements can be made for carpools and such.
  • Meet entries should already be in for the Last Chance Meet.  We will be swimming the WFFM Last Chance Meet this year at Fairmont Pool. The Last Chance Meet is March 4th and 5th.  Last Chance Meet Information
  • Entries for the the State B/C Meet and JOs  will be due to Andee by Tuesday, February 22nd.  Last Chance meet fees are $3.00 per event and a $7.00 surcharge ($4.00 meet surcharge and $3.00 coaching fee). Meet Fees for the B/C Finale are $3.00 per event and a surcharge of $9.00 ($6.00 meet surcharge and $3.00 coaches fees). Note: this meet is only open to those swimmers with 3 or less JO qualifying times. State JO Meet Fees are the same as the fees for the B/C Finale.  If you have any questions about if you have qualifing times contact Coach Andee at coachandee@gmail.com
  • This year SWAT will be attending the Four Corners Regional Meet at the end of Short Course Season. This will be our last short course meet for the year. Check the home page for more information.  Let Andee know if you are going to attend
