SWAT is a competitive swim team serving swimmers in the south Salt Lake Valley. SWAT provides year round coaching to swimmers of all different ages. SWAT swimmers also learn team work, commitment, time management and develop friendships that last a life time.

SYAC Meet
The first short course meet of the year will be held Sept. 17 & 18th
All entries must be in by Thursday, September 2nd.

It is time to register for USA Swimming. The cost is $60.00 for the year. Registration fees will be collected until the end of October. Fill out the USA Swimming Registration Form and turn it in with your check.

SWAT is a USA Swimming affiliated swim team.
What time and where do I need to go to try out?
Beginning August 30th, practice is at Taylorsville
High School. Taylorsville High School is located at 5225 South
Redwood Road.
Practices are Mon - Friday from 5:00 to 6:30 p.m.

Tryouts are Monday or Wednesday at 5:00 p.m. No appointment necessary

What equipment do I need to have?
You will need swim goggles, workout swim suit (e.g. jammers for boys), and cap (optional). Girls no bobby pins please.
What does it cost to be part of the swim team?
There is a Annual Registration fee of $60.00. This fee registers
the swimmer with USA Swimming and provides the necessary insurance
for the swimmer to participate in USA Swimming sanctioned events.
There is a SWAT monthly fee of $35.00 per swimmer. This fee pays for
the pool time at Taylorsville High School and for coaching, and an
annual team fee of $20. Meet
fees are paid separately.
